Every GSTZen account is tied to the email address used at the time of creation. If you wish to change the registered email ID or give access to another user, you can do so by inviting a colleague or customer as a co-admin.
Steps to change the email address
Step 1: Log in to your GSTZen account using the Admin email ID.
Step 2: On the right-hand side, click on the dropdown menu and select “Invite Your Colleague”.

Step 3: Scroll down and click on “Invite User”.

Step 4: Enter the email address of the colleague or customer you want to invite. Click on the “Invite User” button to send the invitation.

Step 5: A confirmation message will appear on the screen, indicating that the invitation has been sent successfully.
Step 6: The invited user will receive an email with a secure link. Using this link, they can sign up and gain access to your GSTZen portal.
Step 7: Once the new user has signed up, the Admin can assign or manage their permissions within the account.

1. Can I completely replace my Admin email ID?
Currently, the Admin email ID used during account creation remains the primary ID. However, you can invite another email as a co-admin and assign them full permissions to effectively manage the account.
2. Can multiple users access the same GSTZen account?
Yes. You can invite multiple colleagues or customers and manage their access levels from the Admin account.
3. What if I no longer have access to the original Admin email?
If you have lost access to your Admin email, please contact GSTZen Support for assistance in recovering or transferring account access.
4. Can I remove an invited user later?
Yes. The Admin has full control and can remove or update permissions for any invited user at any time.
