Inviting users to your GSTZen account is a simple way to collaborate with your colleagues, accountants, or customers. As an account admin, you can quickly share access to your GSTZen portal, enabling others to manage returns, view reports, and stay updated with compliance tasks. With just a few clicks, you can send a secure invitation link, ensuring smooth and controlled access to your GSTZen workspace.
Step 1: Log in to your GSTZen account using the Admin email ID.
Step 2: On the right-hand side, click on the dropdown menu and select “Invite Your Colleague”.

Step 3: Scroll down and click on “Invite User”.

Step 4: Enter the email address of the colleague or customer you want to invite. Click on the “Invite User” button to send the invitation.

Step 5: A confirmation message will appear on the screen, indicating that the invitation has been sent successfully.
Step 6: The invited user will receive an email with a secure link. Using this link, they can sign up and gain access to your GSTZen portal.
Step 7: Once the new user has signed up, the Admin can assign or manage their permissions within the account.
