When will the error occur:
- While logging in with username and password.
- Unable to load the captcha while logging in to the government portal.
- While connecting Tally to GSTEN to import the data.

Actions to be taken:
- Make sure that the latest [GSTZen Agent] is downloaded and running on your computer.
Note: Your PC or antivirus might show that the application may be harmful. If, so add the application as an exception in your anti-virus settings. When the application is running, the icon will be shown in your taskbar.
- Download the agent, click on download application, and run as administrator

- Check that the GSTZen agent is running in the system, under Task Bar Agent, it should be present as shown below.

- Enable the local network access in the chrome and refresh the page.
