| API Call | An API call is a specific operation GSTZen makes to the GSTN Government Portal or E-Way Bill Portal to send or receive data. Request for OTP, Downloading Return data, etc. are examples of API calls. |
| API Call Data Transfer | In some API calls, GSTZen transfers Invoices, Credit Notes, etc. from/to the GSTN Government Portal. These are calls to save GSTR-1 return, download GSTR-1 data, etc. For such calls, there is a data transfer free. The data transfer fee is free for the first 50 records |
| JSON to XLS Converter | JSON to XLS Converter is free for the first 50 records in a JSON file. Minimum conversion amount for upto 500 records is Rupees 25. Additional records (beyond 500) are charged at 2 paise per record. For example, the cost to convert a JSON file with 325 records is Rupees 25 and for 750 records is Rupees 30. |
