The Cases section in Notice Management helps you organize and manage actions related to GST notices. You can create cases for notices, track their status, assign them to the appropriate users, and manage the required actions and responses in one place.
This helps ensure that all notices are properly tracked and followed up within the required timelines.
In Notice Management, a Case is created to group and manage all notices related to a particular matter or proceeding. A single case can have multiple notices associated with it, allowing you to keep all related notices, actions, responses, and updates organized in one place.
After logging in using your username and OTP, select Sync Notices. The system will fetch the notices and automatically create cases based on the notice details.
You can also create a specific case manually and add the relevant notices to it.
Once you open a particular case, you can view all the notices associated with that case along with the related documents and tasks. Multiple notices related to the same matter can be grouped under a single case for easier tracking and management.
This makes it easier to track the complete history and status of a case without managing each notice separately. Login to https://notice.gstzen.in/
