Follow these steps to set or update the ITC-04 frequency for any GSTIN in your GSTZen account. This is a one-time setup.
Step 1: Log in to your GSTZen account to view all the GST numbers registered under your account.
Step 2: Locate the specific GSTIN for which you want to set the return frequency and click Manage on the right side of that GSTIN.
Step 3: Click on the ITC04 frequency tab.
Step 4: From the dropdown, select whether the Taxpayer is filing ITC-04 Returns on a Half-yearly or Annual basis.
Then click Update Return-Filing Preference to save the setting.
Please Note: This configuration needs to be done only once for each GSTIN, unless your filing frequency changes in the future.
