The ITC-04 Report in GSTZen gives businesses a clear summary of goods sent to job workers and received back, making it easy to stay compliant with GST job work requirements.
You can directly download the ITC-04 in an Excel after downloading the data from the GST Portal into GSTZen by following the steps below-
Step 1: Click on the GSTIN for which you want to download the ITC-04.
Step 2: Choose the ITC-04 frequency by clicking on the Manage tab and ITC-04 frequency.
Step 3: Set the frequency and click “Update Return-filing Preference”.
Step 4: Click on Download a report, then select ITC-04 and the relevant period.
Step 3: Log in to the GST Portal through OTP.
Step 4: Click on the check boxes for the data you want to download and click on Download from the Government Portal.
Step 5: After successful download of the data from the Government Portal as indicated by the Green ticks, you can download the report.
