GSTR-7 is a monthly return filed by taxpayers who are required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under GST. It contains details of TDS deducted, the deductee, and the amount of TDS deposited with the Government.
GSTZen provides an option to view and download GSTR-7 reports for the required tax period. This helps users maintain the relevant TDS records and use the data for further reference.
This article explains how to download the GSTR-7 report from GSTZen.
Step 1- Click on the GSTIN for which you want to download the GSTR 7
Step 2: Click on Download a report, then select GSTR7 and the relevant period.
Step 3: Log into the GST Portal through OTP.
Step 4: Click on the check boxes for the data you want to download and click on Download from the Government Portal
Step 5: After successful download of the data from the Government Portal as indicated by the Green ticks, you can download either monthly or yearly report
