GSTR-6 is a monthly GST return that every Input Service Distributor (ISD) must file. It contains details of input service invoices where credit has been received and needs to be distributed.
Using GSTZen, you can easily download the GSTR-6 data into Excel by following the steps below:
Steps to Download GSTR-6 from GSTZen
Step 1: Click on the GSTIN for which you want to download the GSTR-6 report.
Step 2: Click on Download a report, then select GSTR-6 and choose the relevant period.
Step 3: Log in to the GST Portal using OTP authentication.
Step 4: Select the checkboxes for the data you wish to download, then click Download from the Government Portal.
Step 5: After the data is successfully downloaded (indicated by Green ticks), you can:
- Download the GSTR-6A Report by Vendor or
- Download the GSTR-6A Transaction Level Report.
