GSTZen provides an easy and efficient way to download your GSTR-1A data directly from the GST Portal in Excel format. This helps you maintain accurate records of any amendments or additional supplies made after filing GSTR-1 and before filing GSTR-3B.
Follow the steps below to download your GSTR-1A report:
Step 1: Navigate to the GSTZen portal and click on the GSTIN for which you wish to download the GSTR-1A data.
Step 2: Click on Download a Report, then select GSTR-1A and choose the relevant period (month and year).
Step 3: Log in to the GST Portal using OTP authentication.
Step 4: Select the checkboxes for the sections of data you wish to download, and then click on Download from the Government Portal.
Step 5: Once the download from the GST Portal is successfully completed (indicated by Green ticks in GSTZen), you can download the report:
- As a Monthly Report, or
- As a Yearly Consolidated Report,
based on your preference.
