The Settings section allows you to manage your account, team, GSTIN, billing, and notification-related configurations. The following options are available:
- My Profile – Manage your profile and firm information.
- Team Members – Add and manage team members and their access.
- GSTIN Management – Manage the GSTINs associated with your account.
- Billing & Plans – View and manage your subscription and billing details.
- Notifications – Manage notification preferences and settings.
Log in to Notice Management, click on your Profile icon, and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
My Profile– The My Profile section allows you to view your personal details and firm/company information. It includes details such as your name, email address, firm name, GSTIN, and firm address.
Team Members– The Team Members section allows you to view the users added to your organization. You can view their name, email address, and assigned role from this section.
GSTIN Management– The GSTIN Management page allows workspace administrators to add, organize, and track all GST Identification Numbers (GSTINs) connected to your account.
Billing and Plans- The Billing & Plans section under Workspace & Preferences lets you view your organization’s subscription details and easily access support for billing queries.
Notifications– Configuring Notification Preferences
The Notifications tab under Workspace & Preferences allows users to customize email alerts for case assignments, hearing deadlines, activity summaries, and platform updates.
Available Notification Settings
- New Case Assigned: Toggle ON to receive instant email alerts whenever a new GST notice or legal case is assigned to your profile.
- Hearing Reminders: Toggle ON to receive automated email reminders 24 hours prior to a scheduled hearing date.
- Weekly Reports: Toggle ON/OFF to control whether you receive a consolidated weekly email summary of workspace activity and case progress.
- Product Updates: Toggle ON/OFF to stay informed about new software features, enhancements, and system maintenance updates.
